Everything You Need to Know Before Getting Started

What age can my child start swimming lessons?

We offer lessons starting from infancy through to older children and adults. Our baby and toddler sessions are designed for early water exposure, while structured programmes cater to all levels as children grow.

Do you offer lessons for adults?

Yes, we offer adult lessons for beginners and those looking to improve their technique. Lessons are paced according to your comfort and experience level.

How are children grouped?

Children are grouped based on their ability and confidence level, not just age. This ensures they learn at the right pace and feel comfortable in their group.

How long does it take for a child to learn how to swim?

Every child progresses differently. Some build confidence quickly, while others take more time. Our focus is on correct technique, safety, and confidence, which leads to strong long-term results.

How often should my child attend lessons?

We recommend at least one lesson per week for steady progress. During holiday programmes, more frequent sessions can help accelerate development.

What if my child is afraid of water?

This is very common. Our instructors are experienced in working with nervous swimmers and focus on building trust and confidence gradually in a supportive environment.

Are your instructors qualified?

Yes, our instructors are trained in swimming instruction, water safety, and First Aid. They are experienced in working with children of different ages and abilities.

How do you ensure children’s safety during lessons?

We maintain small class sizes, constant supervision, and structured lesson plans. Safety is built into every part of our programme.
